The path towards your dream home begins with completing a project survey, an information-gathering questionnaire that will help inform us of your specific needs and goals for your project, prior to our first meeting.
We follow up with an initial consultation to discuss the survey and how Imagine Construction may be of service, while also having the opportunity to meet each other.
Once we agree to move forward with the project, the next steps will involve an on-site consultation, followed by the Design and Pre-Construction phases of the process.
Our design partners will envision your project, combining practicality with personal style to create a space that feels comfortable and uniquely your own. From concept to plans, your dream house begins to take shape. We support the collaborative selection of finishes, wall colors, flooring, landscaping and décor.

By collaborating closely with architects and designers early in the design phase, we offer real-time cost analysis and expert builder insights that help shape successful outcomes from the start. The Pre-construction phase overlaps with the design process.
We welcome new partnerships with forward-thinking designers and homeowners who value integrity, creativity, and a shared commitment to excellence. If you already have an architect or designer that you are working with, we can work with them to bring your project to fruition.
